I went last week and was helped by Mrs. Maria and Karol who were really nice and answered all my questions. Today I went back and was attended to by someone else who seemed new since I had never seen her before. She was quite rude and made me wait a long time to check in. five star to Maria And Karol, bit for the other lady nothing.

Front desk reception is horrible. Every time I go i lay out of pocket. I used my card to make a payment got a receipt but my account was not reflected with the sum. I reached out to administrator and yet nothing has changed. So now I will have no choice but to go one step higher. At this point I feel like others has been done wrong from this clinic

Dr. Grenvik and her team has been taking care of my mother for many months now. I am forever grateful for the attention and expertise they have delivered during each appointment. Finally someone that is truly passionate about patients !!

Absolutely disgusting work. They only care about money and will stop calling and not inform you when they chose not to see your child due to them not being vaccinated, They do not care what your reason is they just hear that they well not be making money off your child and refuse them medical care.

I don't recommend it! The clinic is not humane. They treat people like dirt. Their system is inefficient. We're in our 4th month of pregnancy and we still can't get through because they make up every rule at the last minute and refer us to other places that don't serve us or give us false information. The girls at reception were rude and unwilling to help us and gave us wrong information, wasting our time. If your idea is to have a healthy pregnancy, go elsewhere! This is not what prenatal care is for!

I would not go there even if it was the last place in Earth. Good luck if you have any mental health issues you are drilled with questions and treated like a criminal. They keep you so they can charge medicade and then when your 30 weeks into your pregnancy they DROP YOU as a patient. RUN from that office and don't bother calling. I can't understand how they are still open.

Not everyday are the same, some days can be busy for them, and some days are very smooth. Depends on their occupancy. the facility is well maintain. I went there a few time and the staff was great! Very knowledgeable, respectful, caring and professional...I couldn't ask for a better service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and if I have to go back there one more time I'd do it all over again
